  • Buy early! Tickets are available at the [ticket link] or at www.tangledstringstudios.com.

  • Tickets can also be purchased at the Gate Box Office located at the entrance to the Volleyball Complex.

  • Cashless festival: Entry, food, drinks, and vendors accept credit/debit cards only. (Some food trucks and art vendors may accept cash.)

🕒 Festival Schedule

  • Parking opens: 12:15 PM (Central)

  • Gates open: 12:30 PM (Fri & Sat)

  • VIP tents open: 1:15 PM

  • Food trucks: Start at 12:30 PM (closing time TBD)

  • Live music: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

🚗 Parking

👨‍👩‍👧 Families & Kids

  • Family-friendly festival!

  • Energy Release Kid Zone lets little ones play safely away from loud and crowded festival field.  Parent supervision is required.

🐾 Pets

  • No pets in the festival area.

  • Service animals (trained to perform specific ADA-recognized tasks) are welcome.

  • Emotional support animals are not permitted.

🎒 Carry-In Policy & Clear Bags

  • Lawn chairs & blankets welcome (checked by security).

  • Clear bag required (plastic, vinyl, or PVC, max 12" x 12" x 6").

  • Small clutch/wallet (≤ 4.5" x 6.5") also allowed.

  • Exceptions for medical items.

đŸ”Ĩ Fire / Smoking / Vaping

  • No fires, fireworks, or grills.

  • Smoking/vaping allowed but be respectful of others. Dispose of waste properly.

🍔 Food & Drinks

  • No outside food or drink (exceptions: medical/infant needs).

  • Food trucks: Serving throughout festival hours.

  • Beverage tents: Alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, cashless only.

  • Free water refill stations At the Volleyball Concession area — bring an empty reusable bottle if you want.

🍷 Alcohol Policy

  • 21+ Wristband required — checked at festival entrance only.

  • Beer / Wine is available at beverage tents, and the VIP tent. , and Church Street tent.

  • Beer, and wine: cashless sales only.

  • Outside beverages prohibited and will be confiscated and consumed by the Festival Director – so only bring the good stuff.

đŸšģ Bathrooms

  • VIP Experience: Access to luxury restroom trailers with heat/AC & ADA stalls.

  • Portable Potties: Cleaned daily, available for all.

  • Bathroom Pavilion: Limited indoor stalls & sinks.

  • Please no video recording of performances.

  • Photos & social posts encouraged — share your best moments!
