Thank you for your interest in attending shows at Tangled String Studios! Here is some information that you may find helpful.
How Do I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets may be purchased on our online store via our website. You will NOT receive tickets to the show. The studio will receive an email stating the name of the buyer and the number of tickets purchased. On the night of the show, we will have the buyer’s name on the admission list, so just check-in at the front door and pick up your ticket. However, it is good practice to bring your purchase confirmation with you, just in case it is needed.
Do I Need a Square Account to Buy Tickets Online?
No, you do not need a Square account to purchase tickets. Although we use Square to manage online transactions, it offers the option of paying with a debit or credit card instead of through a personal Square account.
What are Shows Usually Like?
Most of our shows are seated, listening events. We ask that chatter and noise be kept to a minimum, so all can enjoy the music in its purest form. We will advertise “Standing Room Only” for non-seated events.
Are Children Welcome?
Children are welcome, as long as they are quiet during the show. There is no ticket discount for children.
DO YOU OFFER WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Yes we do! However, we require prior notice to reserve space for wheelchairs.
Do You Sell Alcohol?
We do not sell alcohol, but you are invited to bring your own alcoholic beverages, as long as you are 21 years of age or older. Portable coolers are fine. Please bring your own cups and openers.
When Do Doors Open?
Doors usually open 45 minutes before the show begins.
Can I Tour the Facilities During the Show?
Traffic through the luthier workshop during shows is strictly prohibited, unless approved by a staff member.
Entering the stage area is strictly prohibited and will automatically get you escorted out of the studio.
Can I Get a Refund if I CANNOT ATTEND the Show?
Unfortunately, refunds are not allowed, unless the performance is canceled. We do not offer vouchers for future shows either.
